Texas Lions provide a variety of programs to encourage youth participation in issues facing society today. Through its contests at the club level, the district level and ultimately the state level, students can research and gain knowledge on various social ramifications of both diabetes and substance abuse. These contests provide youth an opportunity to share leadership experiences and to make a difference in their school and community.
This year’s contest has concluded and was a tremendous success. Congratulations to all of our amazing contestants and thank you for your hard work. You truly set a high-bar and our judges’ had their work cut out for them as a result.
