Local Volunteer Wins Lions State Contest

 

Lion Rad Eicke of the Snyder Lions Club was the winner of the Texas Lions Environmental Photo Contest. Lion Eicke’s photo took the Best of Show ribbon and he received a 2017 Lions Club International calendar including photos from the 2016 international competition. His photo represented local District 2-T2 after winning the district contest held January 14th in Lubbock.

Lions to be Honored at Texas State Capitol

On Monday April 3rd, State Rep. Giovanni Capriglione will be reading a resolution on the House Floor honoring Lion’s Club International for their 100th anniversary.
